Sarah Arabic has joined a new gym, with Nicole Aria as her personal trainer. However, Nicole quickly discovers that Sarah isn't taking things seriously - she's constantly taking photos of herself and adjusting her hair and outfit, distracted from the exercises at hand. In fact, Sarah even begins interrupting the workout of Nicole's other client, Ember Snow.
